Approval outcome
NTA makes all approval decisions independently. A complete and compliant application significantly improves the probability of success, but approval cannot be guaranteed by any third party.
Fixed completion dates
Processing timelines are determined by NTA and depend on application completeness, product type and current NTA workload. We do not commit to fixed completion dates.
Waiver of technical requirements
We cannot facilitate the waiver or bypassing of NTA technical or procedural requirements. All applications must comply with applicable NTA standards.
