Type Approval and IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is an independent private company. It is not part of the Nepal Telecommunications Authority and does not represent NTA. Approval decisions are made exclusively by NTA.
We are not accredited by NTA
Our role as authorised local representative is defined by the NTA procedure, which requires a Nepal-based entity to submit applications on behalf of foreign manufacturers. This is a procedural function, not an NTA accreditation.
We do not guarantee approvals
NTA makes all approval decisions independently. We prepare and submit applications in compliance with applicable requirements, but cannot guarantee a specific outcome or approval decision.
We do not guarantee timelines
Processing timelines are determined by NTA. We do not commit to fixed approval dates. We advise on typical process durations based on published procedure and experience.
